[packman] devede failing to start

ok, I found the prblem, devede is always searching /usr/lib (even n 64bit 
machines) for the files. And as SuSE-11.2 "forbids" installations in /usr/lib 
on 64bit machines, I moved all files to /usr/share/devede without adjusting 
the search-path.

A new package is uploaded.
