[packman] HV Cinelerra 4 (openSUSE 11.1)

Hi,

I've installed cinelerra-2.1.cv20090106-0.pm.2 on openSUSE 11.1.

However the newer source versions of native HV Cinelerra 4, libmpeg3 and
quicktime4linux have been available at SourceForge since 081108, where
also Cin4 is packaged for Ubuntu.

I will suggest Packman makes these newer options available also for
openSUSE 11.1 if possible
