It definitely ships with openSUSE 11.0:
http://packages.opensuse-community.org/index.jsp?distro=openSUSE_110&searchTerm=perl-DBD-MySQL

Make sure to also add the openSUSE 11.0 "OSS" online repository [1], as
the DVD doesn't contain all the packages.
