hi detlef,

there is a problem with vlc 0.9.4 (not with 0.9.3)

video window and command one is detached

this option is allow in "standard" vlc (i tested the MS windows one)
the problem is that you shouldbe able to disbale it checking a single
preference

the problem is that even if i do, nothing changes (vlc reboot on MS
windows is needed)
