[packman] Faulty dependency

I have been trying to download kplay from packman for installation on openSuse 11 .  I get a failure due to a dependency on libmpcdec.so.3 .  This file is not on packman and according to everything I've seen isn't a proper dependency. I believe the proper dependency is to libmpcdec.so.5.  In any event, the right file has to be there and it isn't.
