For those who didn't notice through the usual aggregators:

Martin Michlmayr tried to build Debian with GCC 4.4 and makes a short
report about some of the problems he ran into (not with GCC per se, but
with upstream sources).
While it only includes a very few hints, it's something to keep in
bookmarks when encountering GCC 4.4 ;)
