[packman] [PM] vlc 0.8.6e (openSUSE 10.3/i686)

Hi Quentin,

I noticed that the vlc in packman doesn't have ffmpeg encoding/decoding
support enabled.

vlc --list | grep ffmp

doesn't list anything.

Whereas that same command against the videolan built vlc gives the
following output:

  ffmpeg                FFmpeg audio/video decoder/encoder
((MS)MPEG4,SVQ1,H263,WMV,WMA)
  ffmpeg                FFmpeg chroma conversion
  ffmpeg                FFmpeg audio/video encoder
  ffmpeg                FFmpeg demuxer
  ffmpeg                FFmpeg muxer
  ffmpeg                FFmpeg video filter
  ffmpeg                FFmpeg crop padd filter
  ffmpeg                FFmpeg deinterlace video filter


Any ideas?
