ktorrent3 (3.x.x) is a KDE4 application.
The "ktorrent2" package (2.2.x) is a KDE3 application.

Yeah, I'm quite sure it's related to that.
But I have no idea of what package is missing to provide the required
DBus service (org.kde.klauncher) :\ (not using 11.0 nor KDE4 myself, yet).

Definitely a DBus/KDE4 problem and I would guess that, indeed, a kde4
package is missing.
I'm afraid I can't help you much more with that at the moment.
