I've been trying to build the latest deluge.
Unfortunately, the authors have updated the included third-party
libtorrent to the latest version (in a minor release of deluge), and it
requires the very latest boost library (a C++ library).
That version is not available on openSUSE, not even on 11.0.
Hence I'm trying various hacks to fix it, but has slipped a bit on my
priority list for now.
