[packman] Add Arora browser

Hi.
How about adding Arora to Packman? Arora is a lightweight browser based on Qt4 
and WebKit.
I suggest using regular GIT snapshots (like once a week) instead of official 
releases because in my experience the snapshots are quite stable and offer 
more features than the official releases. Official releases get out too 
seldom, IMHO.

All dependencies are already in the openSUSE OSS repo so hopefully adding 
Arora won't be a huge problem.
