No, it is not:
codeblocks: relocation error: codeblocks: symbol _Z23wxHandleFatalExceptionsb, version WXU_2.8 not defined in file libwx_baseu-2.8.so.0 with link time reference

It would be nice to make openSUSE version of wxGTK more compatible with
Packman version or make them equal if possible. I'll check, what can be
done about it.
