[packman] Package Request

I was wondering if you can build a package for KBoincMgr.  I could probably 
figure out how to do it my self, but then I'd be the only one with the RPM.  
If it's on the Packman repo more people will have access to it and having a 
suse rpm ready for download might encourage more people to contribute free 
CPU cycles to boinc projects.  This is a friendly KDE based GUI frondend to 
the BOINC client.  It's not BOINC it self.
