No, this is a different library, libdc1394_control.so.12 is part of the 
libdc1394_control12 package. Please install it, it's part of the 
openSUSE 10.3 distribution, but not on the CD's or download-DVD. Please 
add the openSUSE ftp Server to your installsources and YaST can slove 
this dependency automaticly.
