[packman] I built awn-extras-applets for opensuse 11.1

Hello,

I found that awn-extras-applets was missing from the 11.1 repository so i
built it from the 11.0 source rpm which works fine. I modified the spec file
to disable python module checks to built it because it complains it cannot
find gtkmozembed python module though it was installed, shouldn't give too
many problems i guess.
