Since I suppose nobody looks at libraries that are updated upstream once every two years... Somehow openSUSE 11.0 has version 0.4.0b (from 2004) while 10.0-10.3 have 0.4.1 (from 2006). In any case last month libmpeg2 was updated to version 0.5.1.
