That's the right one. Do you have installed also ffmpeg, then type in

ffmpeg -formats | grep flac

You should get the configure parameter and there should be 
a --enable-libfaac inside and the two lines:

 DE flac            raw FLAC
 DEA    flac            FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec)


Also take a look at the libs which are displeyed, the versions on both 
sides have to be the same, otherwise there are different ffmpeg libs in 
the system:

  libavutil     49. 9. 0 / 49. 9. 0
  libavcodec    51.64. 0 / 51.64. 0
  libavformat   52.20. 0 / 52.20. 0
  libavdevice   52. 1. 0 / 52. 1. 0

If you didn't install the package using YaST, let's run ldconfig by hand 
to make sure, the new installed libs are active.
