[packman] rpm mixup 10.3 with 10.2 off suse

[postbus51]

reproware on yast2  from packman gave it so testing on website 

got the 10.2 but CLICKED on the suse 10.3 - a52dec 0.7.4-3pm.3.i586.rpm

also lame-3.97-3  , libiec61883-1.1.0-0  , mad-0.15.1b

dunno if mixup  hope u can give some info
