I see. Description wouldn't be a problem but the changelog would be very
difficult, as we don't track that in the database as of now.

We'd first have to implement changelog support in the database and
website, and even then, the RPM changelogs wouldn't be sufficient as
they merely track the packaging related modifications (e.g. "new
upstream version", "fixed BuildRequires for openSUSE 10.3") and only
rarely information that is relevant to the end user.

So, unfortunately, I'd say it's not reasonably feasible to show
changelogs in the RSS feed (nor on the website), but package
descriptions wouldn't be much of a problem.
