[packman] [PM] pacpl 4.0.0beta3 (openSUSE 10.3/i586)

Hi,

I just installed the PACPL package, but when I try to use Konqueror
menus for converting nothing happaned. I tried to run the command
manually from command line and it tells me there is no command called
pacpl. I checked the file list for the pacpl package and it also looks
like the pacpl binary is missing from there. I can only see
/usr/bin/mppdec, but no pacpl.
