Someone else was able to reproduce it.
The reason is that there was a server change a few days ago, and the IP
address changed as well.
When you get that page, it's because your browser goes to the old IP
address.
It isn't something we can fix on our side, because the problem you're
having is either caused by
* a broken DNS server (at your ISP for example)
* a DNS cache that didn't refresh properly (either your local DNS cache
[1] or your router)
[1] try "rcnscd restart" as root to flush the local DNS cache
Note that http://packman.links2linux.de should work.
