and my aqbanking-packages has NO dependency to aqbanking-devel ...

so you have a mixture of packages.  check it with rpm -qa | grep aqbank and 
you should see only packages with "0.pm.1" in the release number.

you should have only packages listed here:
http://packman.links2linux.de/package/aqban
