[packman] suse 10.3 - shntool package bug

There seems to be a dependency bug in shntool package at
http://packman.links2linux.org/package/shntool/38660

It has an install-time (not build-time) dependency on libmac,
but there is no such package in packman or official repositories.
Changing the appropriate line in .spec file to libmac2 fixes the problem.
