[packman] Problem when adding packman as repository

Dear packman maintainers,

I am running a SuSE 10.3 (Linux troubardix 2.6.22.9-0.4-default #1 SMP
2007/10/05 21:32:04 UTC i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux). I try to use
packman from various mirrors (e.g.
http://ftp.skynet.be/pub/packman/suse/10.3/). Whenever I update the
index (either explicitely though the "update now" button in the
X11-based Yast2 "Software Repository" dialog, or implicitely when trying
to install new software), I get the following error message:

I tried the ncurses based Yast - it silently fails. In

When deactivating the packman archive, everything is fine - exept that I
can not install the software I want..

Do you have any idea?
