[packman] [PM] cinelerra 2.1.cv1036 (openSUSE 10.3/i586) -- link to missing mpeg2enc

Hi Leon,

A fresh install of "cinelerra-2.1.cv1036-0.pm.1" on i586 says this on startup:

"FileSystem::update /usr/lib/cinelerra/mpeg2enc.plugin: file or directory not 
found".
It is a link pointing 
towards "/usr/lib/cinelerra/mpeg2enc.plugin -> ../../bin/mpeg2enc".

And, yes, there is no /usr/bin/mpeg2enc.

So there is no playback, rest is fine it seems. What would 
provide /usr/bin/mpeg2enc ?

Thanks for the packaging work anyway, good to have packmen around.
