[packman] need help for ekiga (gconf-part)

Hi folks,

I've got several reports for ekiga not working on 64bit 10.2 (and maybe 
<10.2). As far as I know 10.3 is okay. Fact is that the error is due to a 
dysfunctional gconf-key. Unfortunately I could not fix the error yet and it 
seems difficult to me since I can't test my packages on a 64bit system.
I hope some of you guys can have a look at my spec and try to fix it finally.
