[packman] [feature request] provide a PacMan RPM for Avisynth 3.0

Hi, like written in the subject, it would be nice if PackMan could
provide a  RPM for 
Avisynth 3.0 http://avisynth3.unite-video.com/ .

There aren't much apps using it until now, but recently MP4MenuGUI was
ported to http://www.mono-project.com/ and is using  Avisynth 3.0.
