yes, as soon I sended my posting, I saw I'd overseen something :)

but the sources from last-exit have no reference to libX11.so, so it must be 
a  "error" in the underlying mapping of the *-sharp or mono packages.

I found this error-message also on google. 
In those postings they did some changes in the config to map the libX11 entry 
to the existing lib
" ... a possible workaround/solution: add this to your mono config
dllmap dll="libX11" target="/usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6" ..."
