[packman] packaging contribution offer

Hallo.

I am maintaining a small private repository with multimedia stuff to
feature-complete my openSUSE system:
ftp://ftp.penguin.cz/pub/users/utx/suse

I would be glad to include my repository into Packman.

I am able to provide:
Fully featured builds of MPlayer, ffmpeg, mpeg4ip.
Fully featured GStreamer builds.
Libraries like a52dec.
Shared amrnb and amrwb: http://www.penguin.cz/~utx/amr (quite a new
stuff)
... and more.

And I can provide automatic repackaging of openSUSE packages in a fully
featured builds.

I have a good packaging experience - I am working as a package
maintainer.

I also have experiences with openSUSE Build Service.
