[packman] k3b installed size???

Hello Mathias,

as you have seen, this is a debug package. The external debuginfo
package is not working here, according to the k3b people.
Splitting into libs and devel packages is an ongoing discussion. You can
mail to giangy at techtemple.org (k3b package maintainer).
