[packman] broken packages: opal/pwlib

Hallo,


In opal.spec(packman) befindet sich folgende wirre Obsoletes-Zeile...

	Obsoletes:      opal = 2.3.1

das führt nun dazu, dass smart hin und her alteriert, wenn man es 
wiederholt mit `smart upgrade` aufruft.
