[packman] [PM] qtiplot 0.9 (openSUSE 10.2/x86_64)

I tried with the binary delivered on the qtiplot site, and it is just
the same.
Trying with this binary is safe. Someone have some time to fill a bug
report? I'm on a hurry these days...
