[packman] [PM] qtiplot 0.9 (openSUSE 10.2/x86_64)

Finally, I made a bug report (rc3 behave the same way) and I obtain the
following answer, which solve the problem:

"... is due to the fact that the decimal point is customizable starting
with 0.9rc2, while it was not in 0.9rc1. Therefore the projects created
with version 0.9rc1 use the default C locale, where the numbers are in
the form: 1,000.0

To circumvent this problem, you must open the "View | Preferences"
dialog and from the "General | Numeric" tab, you must select the
"1,000.0" option from the "Decimal Separators" combo box..."

So it is safe to use QtiPlot, the "problem" was created by a new feature
that, AFAIK, it was not clearly announced and the fact that the locale
of my OS is Italian.
