Hello Wladimir,

since Quentin is on holiday, I am answering.
Since Quentin didn't release a version for 9.3, I think, it would be a
lot of effort. You may give it a try, by downloading the src.rpm and try
to build it via
rpmbuild --rebuild digikamimageplugins*.src.rpm
but I would be surprised, if this works.

I simply suggest to upgrade to 10.2.
