[packman] recurring smart update errors

smart-0.49.1-10.guru.suse101

I'm seeing recurring errors with smart. I followed one poster's advice
to remove smart completely, by removing the packages and also removing
all remaining smart directories (/etc/smart, /var/lib/smart), then
reinstall smart and try again. Here is the result - note the errors for
every single channel:
