[packman] lame 3.97 does not work correctly with mplayer 1.0rc1

Hi guys,

I had to revert to lame 3.96.1-2 since when using mencoder and mp3lame audio 
codec most of the options were not working correctly. Basically, whatever I 
attempted to pass to lame via -lameopts resulted in a really low quality 
32kbps encoding.

Maybe MPlayer has to be recompiled against lame 3.97 headers and a new release 
published?
