[packman] vlc-0.8.6d-1.pm.1.i586.rpm: streaming encoding problem

It seems that there is a problem with streaming encoding of vlc.
Vlc from your repository provides only green picture with sound while
streaming into LAN.

There is also a problem when vlc compiled from source rpm
(vlc-0.8.6d-1.pm.1.src.rpm). In that case vlc doesn't play xvid files at
all.

There were the same problems with the previous release of vlc
(vlc-0.8.6c-1.pm.5.i586.rpm).

All packages originate either form packman or the 10.3 oss repository
including current updates. The only exception is arts-devel-1.5.8-5.1
which originates from the current KDE 3.58 of the build server.
