[packman] [PM] alsa 1.0.14a (openSUSE 10.2/i586)

This package was released using Key GPG#9a795806 which is as best I can
tell a 10.3 Key and not a 10.2 Key.  Several other packages (i.e dosbox,
  ladspa and several myth* packages) have also been released with this
Key.  If this is a valid 10.2 Key, where is it located for download and
import into rpm?
