[packman] VLC/ffmpeg regression

I can no longer play videos with latest VLC and ffmpeg i686 for
openSUSE 10.2. It used to work well and I believe it might be related
to the recent ffmpeg update (I could be completely wrong).

When trying to play a sample .avi the output from VLC is:

[00000307] main decoder error: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `DX50'.
