[packman] Symbol lookup error with ffmpeg for libavcodec.so.51

If you wan't to us such a old ffmpeg version, you also have to install 
the old faac and faad2 version.

The option -t should be available:

-t duration
   Set the recording time in seconds.  "hh:mm:ss[.xxx]" syntax is also
   supported.
