[packman] faac 1.25 missing mp4 support?

faac 1.25 seems to be missing mp4 support:

# faac --help
Freeware Advanced Audio Coder
FAAC 1.25
Usage: faac [options] infiles ...
Options:
...
MP4 specific options:
  MP4 support unavailable.
...

I tried recompiling the RPM without any luck.  Any ideas?
