I'm searching for a RPM-Package of the

      Analog "VUmeter plugin for XMMS" 

     http://vumeterplugin.sourceforge.net/themes.php

but I can't find one in the whole internet!

Can somebody build a RPM-Package for that interessant program,
so that users can easy install that plugin ?
