unfortunately two programs have the same name. They are not related.

as a quick solution:
The program sndinfo in snd-ls is a optional addon. So save the 
file /usr/bin/sndinfo, install snd-ls. Copy the /usr/bin/sndinfo  
to /usr/bin/sndinfo2 or something like that and restore the original sndinfo 
from csound.

I'll rebuild a new package for snd-ls and rename the programm sndinfo to 
sndinfo2.
