If anybody can guarantee the licence allows this, I would be happy to 
include Microsofts VC1 reference implementation to the ffmpeg and xine 
builds on packman. As I anderstood the included license, it's not 
possible to add it. Especialy including it into a gpl program would 
make it necessary to make it gpl, too.
