There are daily fresh i586 cvs rpm's at 
ftp://packman.iu-bremen.de/testing/xine-cvs, you shouldn't have 
problems to rebuild the Source-RPM for x86_64

1.1.2 should be released next days (I hope so, it's discused on the 
xine-devel mailinglist at the moment). I will build the packages, when 
the new version is released available.
