[packman] PackMan Transcode SRPM

Hi,

I had trouble building transcode-1.0.2-0.pm.4.src.rpm.  It doesn't like
compiling against ffmpeg-0.4.9-6.pm.svn20060730.src.rpm (the latest
ffmpeg at Packman).

The problem is described here:

I've attached my revised spec file and a patch for configure.in to
fix the build.

I also turned on support for lame; is there a reason it was disabled?

Perhaps you can update the SRPM at Packman; it could save the next
person a little time googling around to figure out why it doesn't work.
