[packman] corrected problem with ffmpeg (and xdtv) SuSE 10.0

Hello,
only to inform that it seem that in your ffmpeg package there isn't a needed 
file for xdtv.
opt.h

infact, in avcodec.h there is a #include "opt.h"
another problem is that, obout at the end of opt.h there is a prototype 
declaration:
int av_opt_show(void *obj, FILE *f);

but type FILE is in stdio.h so you have to add a #include <stdio.h>;
