[packman] Wrong dependencies?

libmpeg3 is part of the SuSE distribution, it's not available on 
packman. You shouldn't have any problem to install it from your DVD. 
Since SuSE 9.3 it's not part of the DVD, you have to install the 
Multimedia Option Pack 2 with YOU.
