Precisely. I'm not 100% that location is also used by Firefox (a quick test would show).
If that doesn't work, I'd rather suggest making two subpackages, one for mozilla and one for firefox.
kaffeine-mozilla: with a link in /opt/mozilla/lib/plugins/
kaffeine-firefox: with a link in /opt/MozillaFirefox/lib/plugins/
But as Marcus said: if it works in /usr/lib/browser-plugins, that's the way to go ;)
