[packman] alsa-tools packman package conflicts alsa-tools-gui from suse 9.1

when i try to update to latest alsa packages from packman i get the 
following error:
"        file /usr/bin/envy24control from install of 
alsa-tools-1.0.4-0.pm.0 conflicts with file from package 
alsa-tools-gui-1.0.3-27
         file /usr/bin/rmedigicontrol from install of 
alsa-tools-1.0.4-0.pm.0 conflicts with file from package 
alsa-tools-gui-1.0.3-27"

i checked both packages and the suse package provides some more binaries 
e.g. /usr/bin/hdspmixer

shouldnt the packman package avoid such conflicts?
