[packman] Do we really need Mesa in Packman?

Hi everyone,

I recently have some Steam game crash or freeze system. The reason seems to some Mesa packages is from openSUSE repo, while the others from Packman repo. Some users reported the same issue on Bugzilla https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1221987

I would like to know:

What is the difference between openSUSE repo's Mesa and Packman repo's?
Would it be okay to remove Mesa from Packman repo to avoid dependency conflicts?
